Our rafting options in La Plagne:
Centron Gorges descent (1h on the water): Ideal for families and beginners, this descent takes you through the magnificent Centron gorges, with rapids suited to all levels.
Aime Rapids descent (1h30 on the water): For those seeking more intense thrills, this descent takes on the famous Aime rapids, such as the "Dining Room" and the "Ham Slicer".
Full descent / Intégrale (2h on the water): For a complete adventure, this descent combines both previous routes for total immersion in the world of rafting.
All our descents are led by state-qualified guides, ensuring safety and good spirits. Full equipment is provided, and shuttles take you to the starting point. The activities are open to anyone who can swim, with routes suited to different levels.

Rafting La Plagne: Intégrale (2h on the water)
This rafting descent lasting 2h on the water will delight you: a green first third, a wild middle third with the Aime rapids, and a mineral final third made up mainly of the Centron gorges.

This 1h30 route is open to anyone who can swim, aged 12 and over. You'll discover the famous Aime rapids, led by a state-qualified guide. Give in to temptation and come and live Aventure Nature.

This 1-hour rafting route on the water is magnificent. You'll discover the beautiful Centron gorges: lovely rock faces, clear water, rapids, a jump… We won't say any more! Come and discover it as a family!

Discover rafting with the introductory descent on the lower part of the Haute Isère, departing from Aime in Savoie. Hop into the raft and set off to discover the Centron gorges and rapids!

Rafting La Plagne: rafting & hydrospeed combo
First, set off on a descent of the Aime rapids by raft, gradually discovering the most famous rapids of the Isère from Bourg-Saint-Maurice. After this action-packed, thrilling start, you'll switch to hydrospeed, a more independent ride at the rhythm of your fin strokes for this second part of the river, full of surprises still to discover. This route has 2 parts: Rafting from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Aime (around 1h30 on the water) Hydrospeed from Aime to Centron (around 1h15-30 in the water)

Rafting La Plagne: rafting & canoe-raft combo
First, set off on a descent of the Aime rapids by raft, gradually discovering the most famous rapids of the Isère from Bourg-Saint-Maurice. After this action-packed, thrilling start, you'll switch to the canoe-raft, a different, more independent ride for two for this second part of the river, full of surprises still to discover. This route has 2 parts: Rafting from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Aime (around 1h30 on the water) Canoe-raft from Aime to Centron (around 1h30 on the water)

Requirements: be able to swim 25 metres, bring a swimsuit and a towel.
All the equipment is lent to you: neoprene jacket and trousers, neoprene boots, helmet and lifejacket.
